EXTRACTION | Cold extraction by a continuos two-phase decanter.

TASTING NOTES
Deep green colour with a slight yellow tone. It has a fresh and very intense aroma of green olives, dry leaf and grass.

Elegant and well balanced flavour, pungent and lightly bitter with a very persistent and fresh finish.
