The Alentejo, with its sunny and dry climate, is one of the best regions in Portugal to plant Olive trees.

In 1998, believing in the future of the olive oil sector which has been part of the Alentejo countryside for centuries, it was decided to renew and expand the existing Olive Groves.

Today, there are 70 hectares of intensive olive grove with Picual, Arbequina and Maçanilha varieties, besides other 10 hectares of traditional olive grove with Galega variety.
