VINEYARD

Planted in clay and limestone soils, on a gentle slope facing south, the vine rows are oriented north-south. The vineyard is managed under an accurate sustainable agriculture farming system.

VINIFICATION

The grapes were handpicked to small boxes at early morning hours. Cold maceration for 48 hours. Temperature -controlled, 24oc - 26oc, alcoholic fermentation.
